Legal
Effective from: 15 September 2026
These Supplier Membership Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern membership of, listing on and participation in the Wedding Help NI supplier platform.
These Terms apply to new Supplier memberships entered into on or after 15 September 2026 and to existing Supplier memberships from their next renewal after these Terms have been notified or otherwise made available to the Supplier, subject to any rights already accrued under an existing paid membership period.
By applying for, purchasing, accepting or renewing a Wedding Help NI Supplier membership to which these Terms apply, the Supplier (“Supplier”, “Member”, “you” or “your”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.
“Wedding Help NI”, “WHNI”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Cpc Weddings Ltd, trading as Wedding Help NI.
1. THE WEDDING HELP NI PLATFORM
Wedding Help NI operates a wedding platform connecting engaged couples with wedding venues, suppliers and related businesses.
The platform may include:
- www.weddinghelpni.com;
- Supplier profiles and directory listings;
- Wedding Help NI social media channels;
- Wedding Help NI Facebook groups;
- Supplier networking facilities;
- Wedding Help NI wedding fairs and events;
- the Wedding Help Podcast;
- the Wedding Help Awards;
- newsletters and email marketing;
- promotional campaigns;
- Supplier opportunities;
- competitions;
- planning resources for engaged couples; and
- other services introduced by Wedding Help NI.
Membership provides access to the benefits applicable to the Supplier’s particular membership level.
Membership does not guarantee any particular level of enquiries, bookings, sales, exposure, social media reach, followers, engagement, Awards success or financial return.
2. INVITATION, APPLICATION AND APPROVAL-BASED MEMBERSHIP
Wedding Help NI operates an invitation, application and approval-based Supplier membership platform.
There is no automatic or permanent right to become or remain a Wedding Help NI Supplier.
Membership may be offered following an invitation from Wedding Help NI or an application from a Supplier.
All applications and invitations remain subject to acceptance and approval by Wedding Help NI.
The ability to apply, purchase a membership, submit payment details or complete checkout does not itself create an unconditional right to present or future membership.
Wedding Help NI may consider matters including:
- suitability for the platform;
- business category;
- geographical area;
- professionalism;
- quality and presentation of the business;
- reputation;
- information supplied during application;
- conduct towards couples, other Suppliers and Wedding Help NI;
- compliance with platform and community rules;
- existing representation within a category;
- whether the Supplier’s services are relevant to Wedding Help NI’s audience; and
- whether Wedding Help NI reasonably considers the business suitable for continued association with the Wedding Help NI platform, community and brand.
Wedding Help NI may decline an application where reasonably considered appropriate.
Acceptance for one membership period does not create an entitlement to membership for any subsequent membership period.
Membership remains subject to continued approval.
Each renewal represents a new membership period.
Wedding Help NI may decide not to invite, offer, approve or accept a Supplier for a subsequent membership period in accordance with these Terms.
Membership should therefore not be regarded as permanent or guaranteed.
3. MEMBERSHIP LEVELS
Wedding Help NI may offer different membership levels including, but not limited to:
- Silver;
- Gold;
- Platinum;
- VIP;
- Venue Membership;
- additional category memberships; and
- future membership products introduced by Wedding Help NI.
Benefits vary according to membership level.
Current membership packages, benefits and pricing will be displayed on www.weddinghelpni.com or otherwise communicated to the Supplier.
Wedding Help NI may develop, replace or restructure membership packages from time to time in accordance with these Terms.
4. MONTHLY AND ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS
Membership may be purchased monthly or annually where those options are available.
A monthly membership operates in successive one-month membership periods.
Each successful monthly renewal payment purchases the next monthly membership period.
An annual membership operates for the annual membership period stated when purchased or renewed.
Unless cancelled, not renewed or otherwise terminated in accordance with these Terms, recurring memberships will automatically renew using the payment method provided by the Supplier.
The Supplier is responsible for maintaining valid payment details.
Automatic renewal does not override Wedding Help NI’s right not to approve or accept a subsequent membership period.
5. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL AND PAYMENT AUTHORITY
By purchasing a recurring membership, the Supplier authorises Wedding Help NI and its payment provider to collect the applicable membership fee automatically when each payment becomes due.
The Supplier remains responsible for cancelling their membership before the next renewal if they do not wish it to renew.
Removing a payment card, cancelling a Direct Debit or otherwise preventing collection does not retrospectively cancel a payment or liability which has already fallen due.
Wedding Help NI may also prevent a membership from renewing in accordance with these Terms.
6. CANCELLATION BY THE SUPPLIER
Suppliers may cancel recurring membership using the cancellation method provided by Wedding Help NI, including through their online dashboard where available.
Unless Wedding Help NI expressly agrees otherwise in writing, cancellation prevents the next renewal payment.
Cancellation does not retrospectively cancel the current paid membership period.
Where a membership period has already commenced and payment has been collected, cancellation does not normally create an entitlement to repayment of that membership fee.
Membership benefits may continue until the end of the current paid membership period unless:
- the Supplier requests earlier removal;
- Wedding Help NI agrees otherwise; or
- membership is suspended or terminated under these Terms.
Once membership ends, Wedding Help NI is under no obligation to continue:
- promotion;
- membership benefits;
- Approved Supplier status;
- priority positioning;
- member-only access;
- Supplier group access;
- social media opportunities;
- directory benefits; or
- other facilities associated with active membership.
Cancellation of a recurring payment arrangement does not create an entitlement to continued promotion beyond the paid membership period.
7. PAYMENTS AND FAILED PAYMENTS
Membership fees must be paid when due.
Where payment fails, Wedding Help NI or its payment provider may attempt collection again.
Wedding Help NI may temporarily suspend membership benefits while payment remains outstanding.
If payment cannot be successfully collected, Wedding Help NI may cancel the membership and remove or restrict the Supplier’s profile and membership benefits.
Reinstatement following cancellation may require a new application and approval.
Wedding Help NI is not obliged to reinstate a previous membership.
8. REFUNDS
Except where required by law or expressly agreed by Wedding Help NI in writing, membership payments are non-refundable once the applicable paid membership period has commenced and membership services have been made available.
This includes circumstances where a Supplier:
- changes their mind;
- does not use their membership;
- receives fewer enquiries than expected;
- receives fewer bookings than expected;
- ceases trading;
- changes their business;
- chooses not to participate in available promotional opportunities; or
- cancels during an existing paid membership period.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any refund, remedy or legal right which cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where Wedding Help NI itself ends a paid membership before the end of the applicable paid period without the Supplier being in breach, Wedding Help NI will determine, having regard to the circumstances and applicable law, whether the Supplier should continue receiving the applicable benefits until expiry or receive an appropriate pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the membership.
9. CONTINUED APPROVAL AND NON-RENEWAL BY WEDDING HELP NI
All Wedding Help NI memberships remain subject to continued approval.
Acceptance of a Supplier for one membership period does not oblige Wedding Help NI to offer, approve or accept another membership period.
Wedding Help NI may decide that a membership will not renew beyond the end of its current paid membership period where it reasonably considers that continued membership is no longer appropriate for the platform, community, membership structure or Wedding Help NI brand.
This is a non-renewal and does not necessarily constitute termination for misconduct or an allegation of wrongdoing.
Where reasonably practicable, Wedding Help NI will notify the Supplier that their membership will not be renewed.
The Supplier will normally retain the applicable membership benefits until the end of the period for which payment has already been accepted.
No further membership payment will then be collected.
At the end of the paid period, Wedding Help NI may:
- end the Supplier’s paid membership;
- remove or change the Supplier’s directory listing;
- remove Approved Supplier status;
- remove membership badges;
- end access to member-only groups or facilities;
- end promotional benefits;
- end membership priority;
- remove access to membership features; and
- remove or amend other benefits associated with paid membership.
A decision not to renew does not necessarily mean that the Supplier has breached these Terms.
Wedding Help NI is not required to establish or allege misconduct in order to decide not to enter into a further membership period.
Nothing in a previous invitation, acceptance, renewal, payment or period of membership creates an entitlement to indefinite, permanent or future membership.
Where Wedding Help NI elects not to renew a membership, this does not affect rights already accrued during the existing contractual period.
10. IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
Separate from the non-renewal provisions above, Wedding Help NI may suspend access, restrict benefits, remove content or terminate membership before the end of a paid membership period where Wedding Help NI reasonably believes there are serious grounds to do so.
These may include:
- fraud or suspected fraud;
- deliberately misleading information;
- serious or repeated breaches of these Terms;
- non-payment;
- misuse of Wedding Help NI systems;
- harassment;
- threats;
- intimidation;
- abusive behaviour;
- serious inappropriate conduct towards couples, other Suppliers, Wedding Help NI staff, contractors or representatives;
- unlawful activity;
- misuse of personal information;
- spam;
- inappropriate unsolicited solicitation;
- impersonation;
- serious misuse of Wedding Help NI branding;
- attempts to manipulate reviews, Awards voting, competitions or platform systems;
- material infringement of intellectual property rights;
- serious or repeated breaches of community or group rules;
- credible safeguarding concerns;
- conduct reasonably considered likely to cause significant harm to Wedding Help NI, its users or its community; or
- circumstances where continued membership could reasonably expose Wedding Help NI, its users or community to legal, regulatory, safety or significant reputational risk.
Where appropriate and proportionate, Wedding Help NI may issue a warning or provide an opportunity for the issue to be remedied.
Serious circumstances may justify immediate action.
Any entitlement to a refund following early termination will depend upon the circumstances, services already supplied, reason for termination and applicable law.
11. SUPPLIER STANDARDS
Wedding Help NI Suppliers are expected to operate professionally.
Suppliers must:
- provide accurate business information;
- maintain appropriate insurance, registrations, permissions and licences where applicable;
- comply with applicable laws and regulations;
- communicate professionally with couples;
- deliver their services with appropriate care and professionalism;
- avoid misleading advertising;
- respect intellectual property rights;
- comply with applicable data protection requirements; and
- comply with Wedding Help NI platform and community rules.
Each Supplier remains an independent business.
Wedding Help NI does not guarantee or warrant every product or service independently provided by a Supplier.
12. APPROVED SUPPLIER STATUS
Active approved Members may be permitted to describe themselves as a Wedding Help NI Approved Supplier.
Approved Supplier status means that the business has been accepted for current membership of the Wedding Help NI platform.
It does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, accreditation or certification by Wedding Help NI of every service, employee, product, representation or transaction provided by that Supplier.
Approved Supplier status applies only while the relevant membership remains active.
When membership ends, the Supplier must cease representing themselves as a current Wedding Help NI Approved Supplier and discontinue use of current membership badges where requested.
13. SUPPLIER PROFILES
Suppliers are responsible for ensuring their profile information is accurate, current and lawful.
Wedding Help NI may edit formatting, categorisation, presentation or technical elements where reasonably required for consistency and operation of the platform.
Wedding Help NI may refuse, restrict or remove content which breaches these Terms, applicable law or applicable publishing standards.
Suppliers must possess the necessary rights and permissions for photographs, videos, logos, music, testimonials, trademarks and other content they provide.
14. MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES
Membership applies to the approved category or categories.
Suppliers must not use one category membership to advertise materially unrelated services without Wedding Help NI’s approval.
Additional categories may incur an additional membership fee.
Wedding Help NI may restructure, rename, merge, divide or introduce categories where reasonably required for operation and development of the platform.
15. SOCIAL MEDIA PROMOTION
Membership may include social media promotional opportunities depending on the applicable membership package.
Wedding Help NI retains editorial control over its own social media channels.
Membership does not guarantee:
- a particular number of posts unless expressly included within the applicable package;
- a particular posting date;
- collaboration acceptance;
- reposting;
- reach;
- impressions;
- engagement;
- followers;
- enquiries;
- bookings; or
- viral performance.
Wedding Help NI may determine the timing, format, selection and rotation of content.
Where membership levels provide additional or priority promotional benefits, those benefits will be administered according to the applicable package.
Wedding Help NI may prioritise its own original content, editorial material and campaigns.
16. CONTENT PROVIDED TO WEDDING HELP NI
By submitting photographs, videos, graphics, testimonials or other promotional content to Wedding Help NI, the Supplier confirms that they possess the rights and permissions required to provide that content.
The Supplier grants Wedding Help NI a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, edit, crop, resize, format, publish and distribute submitted content for Wedding Help NI platform, editorial and promotional purposes while the content is being legitimately used in connection with Wedding Help NI.
The Supplier remains responsible for obtaining necessary permissions from photographers, videographers, couples, venues, performers or other rights holders.
17. COMPETING PLATFORMS AND CROSS-PROMOTION
Wedding Help NI may establish reasonable editorial rules for content published through Wedding Help NI-controlled channels.
Content submitted for publication through Wedding Help NI channels may be declined where it prominently promotes, tags or directs users towards competing wedding directories, communities or platforms.
Wedding Help NI may request alternative content suitable for its channels.
This provision does not prevent Suppliers from independently joining, using or advertising through other platforms.
It applies to Wedding Help NI’s own promotional channels and is intended to protect the commercial and editorial integrity of those channels.
18. FACEBOOK GROUPS AND ONLINE COMMUNITIES
Access to Wedding Help NI Facebook groups, Supplier groups and other communities may be provided as an additional membership facility.
Wedding Help NI may establish and enforce community rules.
These may include rules concerning:
- advertising frequency;
- spam;
- unsolicited direct messaging;
- repetitive promotional content;
- competitor directory promotion;
- abusive behaviour;
- irrelevant posts;
- misinformation;
- inappropriate commercial solicitation;
- personal disputes; and
- disruptive behaviour.
Wedding Help NI may approve, decline, moderate, restrict comments on, close comments on or remove posts where reasonably required to administer its communities.
Access to a Wedding Help NI community does not give a Member an unrestricted right to publish content through that community.
19. WHATSAPP AND SUPPLIER NETWORKING FACILITIES
WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups, networking groups, chats and similar facilities may be introduced from time to time.
Unless expressly identified in the applicable membership package as a guaranteed paid benefit, these are supplementary facilities.
They do not constitute a guaranteed permanent component of membership.
Wedding Help NI may:
- introduce them;
- moderate them;
- change their rules;
- replace them;
- restrict access;
- discontinue them; or
- close them.
Closure, alteration or replacement of a supplementary networking facility does not automatically create an entitlement to a membership refund.
20. COMMUNICATION WITH WEDDING HELP NI
Official Supplier enquiries should be submitted through the support or Contact Admin facilities provided through www.weddinghelpni.com where requested.
Wedding Help NI may direct enquiries away from:
- personal Facebook accounts;
- Instagram direct messages;
- WhatsApp;
- personal telephone numbers; and
- informal group discussions.
This allows enquiries to be properly recorded, reviewed and dealt with through the appropriate administrative process.
Communications sent through unofficial channels may not be treated as formal membership notices or support requests.
21. FEEDBACK, COMPLAINTS AND CONDUCT TOWARDS WEDDING HELP NI
Suppliers are entitled to raise legitimate questions, concerns, complaints and constructive criticism.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent a Supplier from:
- expressing an honestly held opinion;
- making a lawful complaint;
- reporting suspected wrongdoing;
- obtaining legal advice;
- contacting an appropriate authority; or
- exercising a legal right.
However, membership does not permit:
- harassment;
- threats;
- intimidation;
- abusive conduct;
- knowingly false statements;
- unlawful defamatory statements;
- deliberate disruption of Wedding Help NI services or communities; or
- targeted harassment of staff, representatives or other Suppliers.
Questions, complaints or concerns relating to membership administration should normally be raised through Wedding Help NI’s official support channel rather than through Supplier networking groups.
Wedding Help NI will not treat legitimate criticism or the lawful exercise of a Supplier’s rights, by itself, as misconduct.
22. WEDDING HELP AWARDS
The Wedding Help Awards are operated under separate Awards rules and are not a guaranteed benefit of Supplier membership unless expressly stated otherwise.
Membership does not guarantee:
- nomination;
- finalist status;
- an award;
- preferential voting treatment;
- judging preference;
- free Awards tickets;
- guaranteed Awards social media coverage; or
- any particular Awards result.
Award eligibility, nominations, voting, verification, finalist selection and winners are governed by the rules applicable to the relevant Awards.
Wedding Help NI may permit non-members to participate in the Awards where allowed by the applicable Awards rules.
Participation by a non-member does not provide that business with the full directory, membership, promotional or other benefits available to paying Wedding Help NI Members.
Supplier membership and Awards results are separate matters.
The purchase price or level of a Supplier membership does not purchase or guarantee nomination, finalist status, votes or an award.
23. AWARDS VOTING AND VERIFICATION
Wedding Help NI may introduce measures intended to protect the integrity of Awards voting.
Wedding Help NI may investigate, exclude or invalidate votes where it reasonably believes there has been:
- automated voting;
- duplicate voting contrary to the applicable rules;
- manipulation;
- false information;
- organised circumvention of voting controls; or
- other activity inconsistent with the applicable Awards rules.
Wedding Help NI may temporarily pause or withhold results while verification takes place.
Awards decisions will be administered according to the published rules applicable to the relevant Awards.
24. WEDDING FAIRS AND EVENTS
Wedding Help NI may organise:
- wedding fairs;
- networking events;
- social media events;
- Awards ceremonies;
- Supplier events; and
- other promotional events.
Participation may be subject to separate booking conditions.
Supplier membership does not automatically guarantee exhibition space, event tickets, attendance, free admission, social media event inclusion or preferential positioning unless expressly included within the applicable membership package or event booking.
Wedding Help NI may determine event layouts, timetables and Supplier positioning according to operational requirements.
25. REVIEWS
Wedding Help NI may provide facilities through which consumers can submit or view reviews relating to Suppliers.
Suppliers must not:
- submit fake reviews;
- arrange, purchase or commission fake reviews;
- impersonate customers for review purposes;
- knowingly encourage the submission of reviews which are false or misleading;
- manipulate review ratings or review information; or
- conceal incentives connected with a review where disclosure is required.
Where reviews have been incentivised, Suppliers must comply with all applicable disclosure and consumer protection requirements.
Wedding Help NI may operate reasonable systems and policies designed to prevent, detect, investigate and remove fake, misleading or improperly incentivised reviews.
Wedding Help NI may moderate, investigate, restrict or remove reviews or review information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, protect platform integrity or enforce its review policies.
Wedding Help NI does not guarantee publication or permanent retention of every submitted review.
Nothing in this section permits Wedding Help NI or a Supplier to manipulate reviews or review information in a misleading manner.
26. REFERRALS, DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONAL CODES
Wedding Help NI may introduce:
- referral programmes;
- promotional codes;
- introductory offers;
- early renewal offers; and
- membership discounts.
Separate conditions may apply.
Wedding Help NI may change or withdraw promotional programmes prospectively.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or retrospectively applied to previous payments.
27. COUPLE ENQUIRIES AND BOOKINGS
Wedding Help NI provides a platform through which couples can discover wedding businesses.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Wedding Help NI is not a party to the contract between a couple and a Supplier.
The Supplier remains responsible for:
- quotations;
- customer contracts;
- deposits;
- payments;
- cancellations;
- delivery of services;
- insurance;
- refunds;
- customer complaints; and
- contractual disputes.
Wedding Help NI does not guarantee that an enquiry will become a booking.
28. NO GUARANTEE OF COMMERCIAL RESULTS
Membership performance will vary between businesses.
Wedding Help NI does not guarantee:
- enquiries;
- leads;
- bookings;
- revenue;
- profitability;
- website traffic;
- search position;
- social media reach;
- follower growth;
- Awards success;
- event bookings; or
- any particular commercial return.
Membership fees purchase access to the applicable membership services, facilities and opportunities rather than a guaranteed commercial outcome.
29. WEBSITE AND PLATFORM AVAILABILITY
Wedding Help NI will take reasonable steps to operate and maintain its platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of:
- maintenance;
- software updates;
- new website launches;
- platform development;
- third-party services;
- hosting issues;
- cybersecurity incidents;
- technical failures; or
- circumstances outside Wedding Help NI’s reasonable control.
Temporary technical interruptions do not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.
Nothing in this provision limits any legal right or remedy which cannot lawfully be excluded.
30. PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT AND CHANGES
Wedding Help NI is an evolving platform.
Wedding Help NI may introduce, improve, reorganise, replace or discontinue individual features where reasonably necessary for:
- development;
- technical reasons;
- operational reasons;
- legal compliance;
- security; or
- commercial requirements.
Where a change would materially reduce the core paid benefits of an existing membership during an already-paid membership period, Wedding Help NI will take reasonable steps to notify affected Members and consider appropriate arrangements.
31. MEMBERSHIP PRICES
Membership prices are those displayed or agreed when the applicable membership is purchased or renewed.
Prices are exclusive of VAT where expressly stated.
Wedding Help NI may change membership pricing prospectively.
A new price will apply only from the applicable future purchase or renewal unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Where reasonably practicable, existing Members will be informed of material price changes before the new price applies to a future renewal.
32. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Wedding Help NI name, logos, graphics, website material, original content, written material, databases, Awards branding and other proprietary material belong to Wedding Help NI or its licensors.
Membership does not transfer ownership of Wedding Help NI intellectual property.
Members may use authorised membership badges and graphics while entitled to do so and subject to applicable brand guidelines.
Permission to use current membership branding may be withdrawn when membership ends.
33. DATA PROTECTION
Wedding Help NI will process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection law and its Privacy Policy.
Suppliers remain independently responsible for their own data protection obligations when processing information relating to couples or other individuals.
Information obtained through Wedding Help NI must not be unlawfully harvested, sold, disclosed or misused.
34. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Wedding Help NI may use or link to third-party services including:
- payment processors;
- social media platforms;
- hosting providers;
- analytics services;
- email providers; and
- external websites.
Wedding Help NI is not responsible for the independent operation, availability or policies of third-party platforms except to the extent that responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
35. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability which cannot lawfully be excluded for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to the above and applicable law, Wedding Help NI will not be responsible for indirect or consequential commercial losses arising from membership where such liability may lawfully be excluded.
Wedding Help NI is not responsible for the performance of contracts entered into independently between Suppliers and couples or between independent Suppliers.
Wedding Help NI does not assume responsibility for the acts or omissions of independent Suppliers merely because they are listed on or are Members of the platform.
Any limitation or exclusion contained in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by law and subject to any applicable requirement of reasonableness.
36. COMPLAINTS ABOUT SUPPLIERS
Wedding Help NI may receive complaints about Members.
Receipt of a complaint does not automatically establish wrongdoing.
Wedding Help NI may request information from the Supplier and investigate where reasonably appropriate.
Wedding Help NI may take proportionate action where a complaint raises credible concerns relating to:
- safety;
- legality;
- fraud;
- serious professional misconduct;
- platform integrity; or
- compliance with these Terms.
Wedding Help NI is not required to adjudicate ordinary contractual disputes between a Supplier and their customer.
Wedding Help NI may take reasonable interim action where necessary to protect users or the integrity of the platform while a serious complaint is being considered.
37. CONFIDENTIAL AND PRIVATE COMMUNICATIONS
Suppliers should respect confidential business communications and the privacy of other users.
Nothing in these Terms prevents disclosure where:
- required by law;
- required by an appropriate authority;
- reasonably required to obtain professional or legal advice; or
- reasonably required for the legitimate exercise or defence of legal rights.
38. MEMBERSHIP IS NON-TRANSFERABLE
Membership relates to the approved business.
A Supplier may not sell, transfer or assign their membership to another business without Wedding Help NI’s prior approval.
Changes in:
- ownership;
- business identity;
- trading name; or
- principal service
should be notified to Wedding Help NI.
Wedding Help NI may review continued membership following a material change to the approved business.
39. CESSATION OF TRADING
Suppliers should notify Wedding Help NI if their business ceases trading.
Wedding Help NI may remove businesses which are no longer operating.
Cessation of trading does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund for a membership period which has already commenced, except where required by law.
40. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Wedding Help NI may update these Terms where reasonably necessary because of changes to:
- the platform;
- membership services;
- legislation;
- regulatory requirements;
- technology;
- payment systems;
- security; or
- operational requirements.
Material changes affecting existing Members will be communicated with reasonable notice where appropriate.
Material changes will normally take effect from a future renewal or other date specified in the notice rather than retrospectively altering rights already accrued during an existing paid membership period.
The current version of these Terms will be published on www.weddinghelpni.com.
41. NOTICES
Wedding Help NI may provide membership-related notices by:
- email to the address registered on the Supplier’s account;
- notification through the Supplier dashboard;
- communication through the official Wedding Help NI website; or
- another reasonable method made available for membership administration.
Suppliers are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and checking communications relating to their membership.
42. FAILURE TO ENFORCE A TERM
If Wedding Help NI does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that provision has been waived.
A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not prevent Wedding Help NI from enforcing it subsequently.
43. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will apply only to the extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
44. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with:
- the applicable membership description;
- Wedding Help NI Privacy Policy;
- applicable platform and community rules; and
- any additional terms expressly incorporated into the Supplier’s membership,
form the agreement governing Supplier membership.
Nothing in this clause excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
45. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
The courts of Northern Ireland will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory legal rights or jurisdictional rules which provide otherwise.
46. CONTACTING WEDDING HELP NI

Membership Summary
Before applying for, accepting or renewing membership, Suppliers should understand the following:
Wedding Help NI is an invitation, application and approval-based Supplier membership platform.
There is no automatic or permanent right to membership.
Membership is subject to initial and continued approval.
Acceptance for one membership period does not guarantee acceptance for another.
A monthly membership consists of successive one-month membership periods.
Each renewal represents a further period of membership.
Wedding Help NI may decide not to renew a membership beyond the end of its current paid membership period in accordance with these Terms.
A decision not to renew does not necessarily mean that the Supplier has done anything wrong or breached these Terms.
Where a membership is simply not renewed, the Supplier will normally retain the applicable membership benefits until the end of the period already paid for.
Serious breaches or serious concerns may result in earlier suspension or termination in accordance with these Terms.
Membership does not guarantee enquiries, bookings, Awards success, social media performance or any particular amount of promotional exposure.
Recurring memberships automatically renew unless cancelled, not renewed or otherwise ended in accordance with these Terms.
Payments for membership periods which have already commenced are normally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by Wedding Help NI.
Supplier membership enquiries, complaints and administrative concerns should be submitted through the official Wedding Help NI support system.
The Awards operate under separate published Awards rules. Membership does not purchase or guarantee nomination, finalist status, votes or an award.
By applying for, purchasing, accepting or renewing a Wedding Help NI Supplier membership to which these Terms apply, the Supplier confirms that they have read and agree to these Supplier Membership Terms & Conditions.
