At Steph’s Kitchen, I take so much pride in my cakes. There is no sacrificing the taste, texture, elegance or style. Your wedding cake deserves the same attention to detail as every other aspect of your big day. I specialise in gluten free cakes and, being coeliac myself, I understand how serious cross contamination prevention is. In my business, my main goal is to ensure everyone is catered for, so everyone can have delicious cake without compromising on taste or texture. I also cater to those with different/multiple allergies so both you and your guests will be happy. The best part? Unless you tell them, no one will know. I use a variety of mediums when decorating my cakes, so any style can be made unique to you. From flowers to fondant, ganache to ‘go big or go home’, your cake should make just as much of a statement as the rest of your day. I hold a relevant and up to date 5* food hygiene rating and am consistently keeping on top of food allergen information, training and courses.
