Hi, I’m Stephen, a professional wedding photographer based in Belfast, and I’ve been happily hiding behind a camera for over 30 years.

Over that time, I’ve photographed more weddings than I can count — capturing everything from the big, emotional moments to the little bits of fun and madness that make each day completely unique. And yes, I’ve photographed plenty of people who told me they were “not very photogenic”… thankfully, I’ve usually managed to prove them wrong!

For me, wedding photography is about much more than simply taking photographs. It’s about capturing the atmosphere, the laughter, the happy tears, the nerves, the hugs and all those little moments you might not even notice on the day.

I like to keep things relaxed and enjoyable, because the last thing you want on your wedding day is to spend hours being told where to stand! I’ll guide you when needed, but I’m also happy to blend into the background and capture the day as it naturally unfolds.

In my experience, I’ve learned that every couple, every family and every wedding is different and that’s what makes the job so enjoyable. From the first nervous preparations in the morning to the dancing, laughter and celebrations in the evening, I’m there to capture the story of your day from start to finish.

Most importantly, I want you to enjoy your wedding. Forget about the camera, enjoy the moment and have a great time; I’ll take care of the photographs.

After all these years, I still love what I do, and there’s nothing better than handing a couple their photographs and seeing them relive the day all over again.
