About Ryan A – Wedding & Event DJ
Hey, I’m Ryan Annett or best known as ‘Ryan A’ I’ve been hosting radio and playing to dance floors for over 20 years. As a DJ for Cool FM, I’ve been on air in Northern Ireland since I was 19, but my journey started even earlier. At just 14, I played my first wedding, a break given to me by a family I knew well—and from that moment, I was hooked.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of DJing weddings and events for some of the biggest names and companies across Northern Ireland. My style? Upbeat, high-energy, and built around party classics and floorfillers that keep dancefloors packed from the start to finish.
Whether I’m on the radio or behind the decks at a wedding, my goal is always the same: to create an unforgettable atmosphere and a night to remember!

Ryan is an absolute legend! From the moment he arrived he got the party started, we booked the Belter Bingo and it was without a doubt the best thing we booked for the wedding. Ryan knew exactly what to do to get everyone involved and 6 weeks later it’s still all anyone is talking about! 🤩 The party didn’t stop there and Ryan kept the dancefloor full all night long! We wish we could do it all again, and we would 100% book Ryan again if we could!🤩
