EVENTS BY Cassidy-McCleans is a family owned business, based in County Antrim, Northern Ireland.
After planning our own wedding, we saw a gap in the market for a range of innovative and unique products and that is how EVENTS BY Cassidy-McCleans was born. We ensure to bring a touch of elegance and sophistication to any event we are part of as we are passionate about creating unforgettable experiences.
We pride ourselves on providing amazing customer service; delivering the best quality services for each client and providing quick and clear communication.
We specialise in Entertainment, Selfie Mirror Photobooths and Decor for all types of events, from Weddings and Corporate events, to Birthdays, Fashion Shows, Baby Showers and more.

We used Events by Cassidy McCleans for our wedding on the 17.07.26. We hired the claw machine for our wedding favours. This went down a treat with our guests..they absolutely loved it and had a brilliant time trying to win a prize. Gary and JR have been amazing since the start of the planning process. They were on hand to answer any question or query and were really helpful when it came to personalising the little coins for the claw machine. They delivered the claw machine to our venue – The Leighinmohr House Hotel – and were able to set up with minimal disruption. They took some lovely videos of our guests using the claw machine, which was really lovely to watch with a cuppa and a bit of wedding cake the next day. I couldn’t recommend Events by Cassidy McCleans enough. Thank you for providing us with such a memorable wedding favour experience. Clare and Stewart.

Lisa and I met you both at a wedding fair in Belfast and knew instantly that we would be booking something with you! First of all, You are absolute gents who couldn’t have went anymore above and beyond for us! The claw machine is a must have for any wedding, it helps guests stay entertained during any music changes or table set ups and the co2 guns were an absolutely amazing shout!!! We hired the claw machine for our wedding yesterday and honestly never have I been at a wedding where there was actual queues to try something! All our guests were buzzing to try it and see if they could win, the competitiveness was extreme 🤣 staff were unreal who manned it, such lovely lovely girls! They made a real effort with my daughter as it was taking her a few goes to grab a ball and were cheering her on and making a big fuss of her when she finally got one. Couldn’t recommend enough. What an amazing dancefloor display my husband Gerry had for his 65th birthday……..everyone was talking about it including the venue. Me and my wife got married on the 13th of March at the Balmoral hotel and we booked with EVENTS BY Cassidy McCleans for the Find a Key Claw Machine as we absolutely love anything arcade themed. Our wedding was an arcade/retro theme and it was the perfect addition to add on for our evening entertainment. We want to say a massive thank you to JR and Gary, two of the most loveliest guys for keeping us and all of our guests entertained, especially the little ones. You NEED to book EVENTS BY Cassidy McCleans!! They are the best. Highly recommend them for your event 🙂 We can’t thank John Rhys and Gary enough for helping us in planning for our wedding. We had such a great experience working with them. They helped us so much, gave great advice, were open to our ideas and were always quick to respond to our questions. The service they provided was 10/10! Everything was set up so quickly on the day of the event. The claw machine was a huge hit with the guests! The Mr & Mr sign and all the up-lighters added that extra wow moment when guests arrived. The photo booth was unreal – everyone was queuing up to get their photo taken, and we got a lovely memory book with all the photos and messages. We picked EVENTS BY Cassidy McCleans for their infinity dancefloor, LED infinity letters & selfie mirror. They absolutely MADE the final touches of our dream wedding! The amount of guests that had never seen the dancefloor before & were absolutely MESMERISED by it, honestly it was AMAZING! The letters were perfect 👌🏻 Everyone said they’ve never seen a room like it 😍 & plenty of fun was had with the selfie mirror & props- the children especially couldn’t step away from it for too long 🤣 Couldn’t recommend this company more! 💜 Karen & Stuart

Gary kept in contact with us the whole process, there was no chasing compared to alot of other vendors. He made the process so easy! If you’ve booked EVENTS BY Cassidy McCleans, you can stop fretting about how the venue will look. These guys are all over it. We hired ceremony decor including a neon sign and white carpet and of course the star of the show for the evening, the LED mirror infinity dance floor. They liaised with our venue directly to organise set up and breakdown, so another thing to take of your to do list. No request was too big or small and they were always there to help with suggestions. Amazing service and would definitely recommend the dance floor to keep people on it all night long! Rachel & Glenn

I am so glad we saw Gary and his team at the Belfast Castle wedding fair. We booked the claw machine and it went down an absolute treat! It was fun watching all our guests and the mystery of what was to be won. Kept everybody well entertained for the change up of our room. Gary & his lovely staff also enjoyed the craic and got amazing videos of everyone having a ball, capturing these for our special memories. So thank you again Gary & JR. Myself, my sister and my brother in law attended the wedding fair back in October 2024 and as soon as we seen this dancefloor we knew she had to get for my sisters big day!! From start to finish they couldn’t have been more accommodating. First off all, I wasn’t going for the bigger size but then when I seen that I had too aswell. To tell you it made the experience amazing even before it was lit. Everyone loved and off course the first dance comes and the moment it was lit, it was such an incredible time. Guys I honestly can’t praise you enough thank you so so very much. Hopefully I’ll see you very soon, absolutely have made 2 new friends aswell. Thank you 🕺🕺. Christopher Brady

We booked the Infinity dancefloor for our wedding and, oh my word, it was outstanding!! EVERYONE loved it and said it was by far the best dance floor they’d ever seen. My daughter has severe autism so the sensory element of it was great for her too- she loved it! It was such a great touch for the evening and definitely helped keep people on the dance floor. We booked EVENTS BY Cassidy McCleans C02 guns for our recent event and they were absolutely incredible! From the first message they were kind, courteous and very helpful. They explained everything and provided all the information we needed to ensure a successful and safe event using the guns. The equipment itself was first class, everything they promised it would be and as for the effect having their C02 guns had on our event was just sensational, everyone was completely blown away. The equipment was exceptionally good quality and everything we hoped they would be. For any of your extras for your wedding, don’t hesitate to book EVENTS BY Cassidy McCleans! Honestly, from start to finish these guys were fantastic, great communicators, fantastic attention to detail and just a pleasure to work with throughout the planning and wedding day. We hired photo booth, with neon and backdrop — our guests couldn’t get enough of this and it was sooo nice to have the book the next morning to look at the photos and read the messages. We also hired cold sparks for our entrance and first dance and WOW! What a hit they were with our guests! They made such an impact! Just wanted to leave a review. Had the gents do the dance floor at our wedding and it absolutely made the difference from not having one. I have been to weddings in the past with the white fairy light dancefloors and the one they have is absolutely amazing and so much better. Would highly recommend them! They are very friendly and professional at their job. Nathan & Suzanne
