After planning our own wedding, we saw a gap in the market for a range of innovative and unique products and that is how EVENTS BY Cassidy-McCleans was born. We ensure to bring a touch of elegance and sophistication to any event we are part of as we are passionate about creating unforgettable experiences.
We pride ourselves on providing amazing customer service; delivering the best quality services for each client and providing quick and clear communication.
We specialise in Decor, Entertainment and Selfie Mirror Photobooths for all types of events, from Weddings and Corporate events, to Birthdays, Fashion Shows, Baby Showers and more.

Cassidy-McCleans were amazing in helping create such a magical day for our wedding at Ballygally Castle, really took the pressure off us and provided everything we needed with a 1st class service. All our guests commented on the decor and entertainment they provided. Would highly recommend for anyone organising an event! We will be forever grateful for everything they done for us ❤️🍾💍

We picked Events by Cassidy McCleans after seeing them at a wedding event. From the very onset Gary and JR were incredible. Nothing was too much trouble. They always made us feel so at ease. The run up to the wedding they kept in contact about everything. On the actual day they created, what can only be described as pure magic. These 2 guys (and their wee team) made our wedding what it was. The ceremony / reception decor was absolutely stunning! We had a vision and they made it come true! We had full ceremony / reception decor, LED dancefloor which was class, all our guests loved it. Claw machine for favours which created lots of fun. Photo selfie mirror which everyone loved. I could go on and on about how amazing they are. Two absolute gentleman who are incredible at what they do. We can thank you both enough. Highly recommended! Conor & Stevie

Where do I even begin! What a fantastic team, and a lovely presence to have around on your wedding day. From the start, communication has been professional & friendly – we have been completely put at ease throughout the whole process by Gary & JR. the florals were beautiful, our vision was completely brought to life & the cold sparks and dancefloor brought the party! We couldn’t recommend Cassidy McClean enough! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The LED dance floor completely transformed the room and created such an amazing atmosphere – it really made the night feel so special and everyone was obsessed with it. The table florals were just beautiful. They were exactly what we had hoped for and tied everything together so effortlessly. You could really see the attention to detail, and it added such an elegant, polished feel to the whole day. Gary was so lovely to deal with throughout the whole process – professional, helpful, and really understood the vision we had. Everything was set up seamlessly and looked even better than we imagined. We’re so grateful and would 100% recommend to anyone planning their wedding 🤍

Myself and my husband were absolutely blown away with our ceremony set up, all thanks to JR and Gary. They took our vision and made it into something so beautiful and exceeded all expectations. The flowers were absolutely BEAUTIFUL and of very good quality. All our guests commented on how they loved them and were really fitting with your venue & colour scheme. What we loved about JR & Gary was that there was never a pressure, never an expectation & always open arms. From start to finish, they were incredibly friendly, reliable, professional and all round amazing. We could not ask for 2 better people to make our Wedding as special as they did and it will remain in our memories forever. JR and Gary, first of all thank you and your team for everything you did for us on our wedding day at Magheramourne Estate. From start to finish EVENTS BY Cassidy McCleans were a dream and a joy to work with. They listened to our requests, took on board all our requirements and provided any information we needed or requested quickly and in detail. From last minute changes, and scrambling to help us fix mistakes we made on our end, they were amazing. They pulled together the most beautiful ceremony decor for us, working in challenging windy conditions for our outdoor wedding and even worked to make changes for us on the day. They then transferred items from the ceremony to the dining room for us. Their professionalism, dedication and determination to provide us with the prefect day was amazing and their fun filled and easy going nature’s really added to the fun of the day. Our guests raved not only about the decor, and the photo booth but also about the two of them, and their presence made the day as much as anything they provided. We couldn’t recommend them more highly and definitely will be top of our list for any future events and needs! Book them. You won’t be disappointed. Victoria & Stephen

We could not recommend Gary and his partner enough!!! The floral arch they provided for our wedding was nothing other than utterly breaktakingly stunning!!! All our guests loved them!!! They created stunning decor for our anniversary. They have excellent communication skills and a high degree of professionalism. The flowers amazed both our photographer and my friends. I would wholeheartedly recommend them. Because of their professionalism, creativity, and excellent communication, we knew we could trust them again for our vow renewal wedding. Once more, they delivered beyond our expectations. The décor was nothing short of surreal and ethereal, the flowers were breathtaking and every detail was handled with care. Where do I start? EVENTS BY Cassidy McCleans are absolutely amazing! We booked them for our wedding, they set up the most beautiful floral, candle lit dream for our ceremony and then went on to provide LED letters & the selfie mirror for our evening reception which was a huge hit with our guests. Where do we start with EVENTS BY Cassidy McCleans?! Nothing was too much trouble, I think I had about 6 different invoices sent to me with the amount of times I added and removed things! Not to mention the amount of times I changed my mind on colours haha the most lovely, friendly guys who we’re SO glad we had to make our day beautiful! From the gorgeous welcome signs, seating plans and florals, to the fun flower wall, neon signs and gold hoop – everything was beautiful! Then in the evening the Claw Machine was an absolute hit with guests, excited to win their favours and a few select prizes, the 360 videobooth was so much fun, the LED Infinity dancefloor just elevated the whole evening, and the co2 guns were just the icing on the cake – they really got the party started again and we both had an absolute blast with them. It’s one of the things that really sticks in my mind from the evening! I wish we could do the whole thing again – the guys were absolutely brilliant to deal with and had so much to choose from. If we’re ever planning any other sort of event in the future we’ll be sure to use EVENTS BY Cassidy McCleans again! Thanks so much for everything ❤️ Robin & Chloe

EVENTS BY Cassidy McCleans were one of vendors for our wedding at the Old Rectory. They were amazing! From start to finish, they helped out so much and were always making sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend them to anyone. They decorated the venue to perfection, everyone loved the photo booth and the dj had everyone up on their feet. The staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much of an ask.
