I know just how much thought, love and excitement goes into planning a wedding day, and I truly believe your honeymoon deserves that very same care and attention.
For me, planning a honeymoon is about so much more than choosing a beautiful destination. It's about getting to know you both, understanding your love story and creating a journey that feels entirely your own.
That's why I always like to begin with a relaxed getting to know you call. I'd love to hear all about your exciting wedding plans, the little details that make your day special, and how we can carry that same feeling through into your honeymoon.
One of the things I love exploring is how you want to feel on your honeymoon.
Do you dream of feeling completely rested, wonderfully inspired, or perhaps a little adventurous?
The truth is, the most beautiful honeymoons often have a little of everything, with the balance being different for every couple.
For example, a safari in South Africa can be beautifully paired with time exploring Cape Town and the Winelands, perhaps followed by a blissful week on the beaches of Mauritius or Zanzibar.
It's about finding the right rhythm for your journey. And the better I get to know you, the more thoughtfully I can bring that journey to life.
A little about me...
I'm Katherine, mum to Anna, wife to Enda, doggie mum to Lucky, and carer for my beautiful mum, Jackie.
Before finding my way into the wonderful world of honeymoons, my background was in youth work and psychology within the NHS.
I've been planning honeymoons for years now, and what I love most has always been the love stories behind them. Every couple has their own story, their own dreams and their own idea of what makes a journey unforgettable.
I also used to live in South Africa, which gave me a lifelong love of Africa, its incredible wildlife, landscapes and people. Safaris and the Indian Ocean hold a particularly special place in my heart, and I've undertaken specialist training in both.
But wherever in the world your honeymoon dreams take you, my greatest joy is helping you create something that feels beautifully, unmistakably you.
I can't wait to hear your story, learn about your plans and hopefully create something truly special together.

Planning our luxury honeymoon with Katherine from Enchanted Travels With Belle was completely magical, and we would give her 1000 stars out of 5 if we could! My husband and I had big ideas for our trip but had absolutely no idea how to execute them, and we had zero local knowledge to help us plan. Katherine’s knowledge was completely out of this world. She was able to steer us in the right direction and truly make our dreams come true. The entire process was seamless, and the advice she gave us on locations and even our travel documents was absolutely amazing. I felt so incredibly comfortable with Katherine. I was able to talk to her openly about my health concerns as well as our specific dietary requirements. No question was too silly and no request was too much for her. She sent us highly detailed itineraries, food suggestions, hidden-gem places, and tours that were perfectly suitable for me. It was so refreshing, and I felt truly understood and listened to. Katherine just absolutely got it, and she got us. She was completely centred around our wants and needs, helping us every single step of the way—including checking in on us during the holiday and at key transition points. The choices she gave us during the planning stages were all so incredible that it was actually hard to choose! The places she selected for us were out of this world. The Cayo Resort in Crete was complete luxury and will absolutely be a resort we return to for many years to come. The Pegasus Suites in Santorini were phenomenal, and we have actually already been back to Santorini since! We could not have made these lifelong memories without Katherine. She is incredible, and we are forever grateful. If you want a flawless, deeply cared-for luxury travel experience, you need to book with Katherine!!

Katherine was absolutely amazing! She was super helpful and made sure our honeymoon in the Seychelles was unforgettable. We had our hearts set on a particular hotel, but we were worried it might be out of our budget. Katherine managed to make it happen without breaking the bank. We had a fantastic time, and she even checked in to ensure we arrived safely and had everything we needed.

I cannot recommend Katherine enough to arrange your dream honeymoon. We travelled to Singapore and Bali and had the most amazing time thanks her. From the first phone call we were put right at ease. She takes time to get to know you, listens to what you want, works within your budget and organises everything with your own wishes and interest at the forefront of everything. I also checked the prices of all of our travel and hotels individually and could not come close to the quote she provided. She gave great advice on where to go and what to do, and also checked in regularly while we were away to make sure all travel and hotels were as expected. It was the trip of a lifetime and all thanks to Katherine's wonderful assistance. My only regret is that we cannot do it all again!

We honestly couldn’t recommend Catherine enough! 🤍 Catherine helped us plan our dream honeymoon to Thailand and Dubai, and from start to finish she was absolutely amazing. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was always more than happy to arrange as many calls as we needed to make sure every little detail was perfect. She really took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted (and what we didn’t want!) and managed to tick every single box. From the locations and hotels to activities, transfers and staying within our budget, everything was so thoughtfully planned and organised. What really stood out was how much Catherine genuinely cared about making our honeymoon everything we had imagined. She made the whole process completely stress-free, and we always felt that we were in the best hands. Our honeymoon was everything we could have wished for and more, and it genuinely wouldn’t have been the same without her. We are so grateful for all the time, effort and care she put into making it so special. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough! ❤️

We booked our honeymoon after our inquiry through Facebook. Got speaking with Kat and shared our views of what we would like and budget/duration and expectation. We booked our luxury/once in a lifetime honeymoon to Dubai & Maldives. We shared our vision and then were given options of what we could go for. We booked our Honeymoon for July 2025 and had the most amazing experience. We had a hiccup at the airport and rang through to Kat directly early hours of the morning and got it all sorted. We had an amazing experience on holidays and Kat just popped the odd message to check in and make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything else ❤️ Highly recommend if you want a package luxury once in a lifetime holiday - get speaking with Katherine she will definitely make your dream holiday come to life! We honestly couldn’t recommend Kat enough! She organised both our mini-moon to Greece and our honeymoon to Australia and Bali, where we got to visit family and explore some amazing new places. From start to finish, Kat took care of absolutely everything. She helped us choose the best places to stay, advised us on the best times of year to travel and made sure every little detail was sorted. All we had to do was turn up, check in and enjoy! What really sets Kat apart is how much she genuinely cares. She even checked in with us along the way to make sure we’d arrived safely and were happy with our hotels – no matter what time it was. She was always on hand to answer questions, and was more than happy to arrange as many calls as we needed to talk through everything and make sure we were completely happy with our plans. Having someone take all the stress out of organising such special trips meant we could just relax and enjoy every minute. We’re so grateful to Kat for helping us make such amazing memories that we’ll treasure forever. We would recommend Kat to absolutely anyone looking to book a holiday. You won't be disappointed! We booked our honeymoon through Enchanted Travels with Belle in 2025. Katherine was amazing throughout our honeymoon planning and on top of that, was such a support when all the wedding stress crept in. She’s just a genuinely lovely person and made the whole experience so easy and stress free. Dubai and Bali were perfect! So many memories and millions of photos to show for it. A wonderful experience booking our honeymoon in August 2025 with Katherine! We booked very last minute, and nothing was too much trouble. Katherine provided regular updates and check ins and ensured we had a seamless travel and honeymoon experience, ensuring that our ‘needs’ were met! Cai & I love a luxury hotel with plenty of activities and food options and Katherine found us just that at the Grecotel LuxMe in Crete. We wish we could do it all again!

I highly recommend Katherine! And I have already recommended her to other brides. From start to finish (and beyond), Katherine was such a help and support - and not just with the honeymoon! My husband and I had 2 very different ideas of our ‘ideal honeymoon’ - and Katherine was able to combine both our ideas - meeting both our needs. While on honeymoon, there were a few bumps along the way - and Katherine sorted them out so quickly. Making our honeymoon stress free and relaxing. She was so friendly and easy to talk to, very genuine and down to earth. I would definitely book a big holiday/trip with Katherine again!
