We understand that response times can sometimes be a concern, and again, we can only speak for ourselves. We’re currently contacted across multiple platforms—Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and email—which can occasionally make it challenging to keep track of every message.

On any given day, we may be travelling, setting up weddings, or working closely with clients, and with messages arriving simultaneously across several channels, it can happen that an earlier message slips further down an inbox. We’re only human, and while it’s rare, the occasional message can be missed.

That said, if this ever happens, please don’t hesitate to send a gentle follow-up or a quick “just checking in.” Most vendors won’t be offended—in fact, it’s often appreciated and helps ensure nothing is overlooked.
