Hi – I am Dot the Celebrant. I am trained and accredited by Humanists UK. Helping you have the absolutely perfect wedding day is my aim and privilege.

From our first meeting / call through all the chats, ideas, planning and decisions – I am on your team to help craft your wedding ceremony to utterly fit what is right for you.

– Coming up with ideas for you to achieve your celebrations – and maybe smooth out a wee hiccup is my joy.

– Unearthing ways to wordsmith the content you choose with just the right dashes of tickles, poignancy and gravitas is my mission – and one I commit to.

With clear and regular communication – set by what suits you – I fit into your way of doing things. For some that means planning every morsel, pouring over choreography, stage instructions and rehearsal. For others, it's more a more last minute affair – I'll fit with your route – though I will always want to be clear on what you want and prepared to make sure I deliver that.

On your wedding day – I commit to making your ceremony the launch pad of your wonderful wedding day. I facilitate the calm, entice the excitement, smooth the nerves, the blimps and the eeeks…and then craft the ceremony delivery to feature you, your chosen way of things and support you in your big day.
