Cousins Catering - Street Food Trailer - Our stylish trailer has been fitted to bring you our take on some of Northern Irelands most popular street food. Wether its classic hand dredged buttermilk chicken wings or Dirty Fries you can know its been locally sourced and hand made by our team. Our Chicken fries are the bigges seller, these are homemade crispy chicken chunks, chips, pepper sauce and crisy onions!! A real crowd pleaser, we also have our famous Korean Pork Belly Bites coated in our Korean BBQ sauce if you fancy something a litte different. Our Burgers are made by our local butcher and are 95% steak burgers packed with flavour!
